Service Request System

The Service Request System (SRS) handles Academic Computing requests as well as requests for media equipment reservations, phone services, and Maintenance and Operations requests.

To log into the SRS, go to the Fullerton College home page and select service request system (TTS). You will then see a set of directions indicating that you will be prompted twice to log onto the system. The first log in prompt will appear when you click the link "click here to proceed to the Service Request System." In the "User Name" box place your FCNet user name. In the password box put the password that goes with this user name. The second login is for your SRS account. The user name for this account is normally your email address.
